We had a wonderful experience at Galleria. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, offering easy access to main attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The room was clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the terrace. The breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the option to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out. Highly recommended. 👍

Location, location location. Right in the heart of the old town, which is pedestrian only and full of the restaurants, shopping and street life that a tourist would enjoz. Interesting rooms, each with different decor. Friendly staff. Good value

No elevator. The bathtub-shower is european style with a wand, which I would not expect from a 4 star hotel. The staff is friendly, but not always available. One person is at the desk, so if he-she goes to the kitchen or dining area to help, they are not there to answer questions. Limited inconsistent breakfast.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the historic downtown district. This place is located on a lovely street in the old town and is situated in a pedestrian-only area, ensuring a peaceful and serene stay. The warm hospitality of the staff made me feel welcome throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to help with a request for a Dinner Jacket, truly enhancing my experience.

Unfortunately, we had such a brief stay we didn't really get to enjoy what Antiq had to offer. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the garden, neither of which we got to enjoy between arriving late and leaving early. I was extremely impressed that the hotel sent us off at 5 am for our early flight with a box breakfast. The coffee was hot and the croissants delightful.

Staff very helpful and pleasant, anything we requested they went out of their way to help. Only reason we will not be returning is because we like to see other towns and countries. Local transport was very good and on time this is how we prefer to get arround and mix with the real people.

The breakfast here is delicious with a wide variety of options and the location is right in the city center.

This is a cool boutique style small hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and nicely furnished with antiques, and they have all the mod-cons of a 4.5 star hotel. The wifi was really good. The location couldn't be better for proximity to bars, restaurants and shopping, and is still serene and peaceful.

The price is pretty expensive for what you get, but this is the only hotel of this style in town. The bathroom was nice but was tiny and rather dark. The location is great but it's a fair walk from the train and bus, and the taxi we took ripped us off.

Hot water in shower ran out on Day 2. No lift and room was on second floor. They tried to charge us 'in error' the board room rate rather than the Booked.net rate. They then realised that they had got my account confused with somebody else's, supposedly.

Enjoyed the central location close to the river and town center in a superior queen room with a bathtub.

The breakfast was delicious, had variety of food. Standard double room was budget with exceptionally comfortable bed. The setting was excellent, next to restaurants and things to do and see, the castle and other sites and the common areas and lovely garden.

Set in the old part of the city and so quiet. Almost everything is within walking distance and there are good restaurants nearby. The hotel is quite charming. If you have difficulty with stairs this may not be the place for you as there is no lift, however there are not too many steps. Also wi-fi was a but weak in my room but worked fine in the lobby and restaurant areas I had a very enjoyable stay there.
